How To Save On Your Next Haircut

I can't remember the last time I paid full price for a haircut. Basically, I've been paying $9.99 (regular price is $15.99) at the local Fantastic Sams across the street from where I live for as long as I can remember. Want to know how I do it? Read on to learn how to save on your next haircut:

1) Junk Mail

A few months ago I wrote a few blog posts on how to save on fast food, how to get a cheap smog check & grocery store food shopping coupon saving tips, and mentioned junk mail. In this same junk mail, I also get coupons for the Fantastic Sams across the street. It's very easy to spot because it's always on the back cover.

Depending on where you live, you might get coupons for Supercuts or some other chain. Use them. This is how I always save $6 every time I get my hair cut.

2) Email Signup

I get email promotions from Fantastic Sams all the time. I gave them my email address, and so I get points every time I get a haircut. The biggest coupon I got so far was for a $10 off coupon:

Fantastic Sams $10 Off Coupon

So don't be afraid to give out your email. You'll get coupons all the time.

3) Grocery Store Receipt

There's also a Vons right next to Fantastic Sams, and I always get coupons for Fantastic Sams in the back of the receipt. These are only $3 off, but at least they're better than nothing. So next time you go grocery shopping, take a look at the back of the receipt. You never know what coupons you'll find.

And that's it. I hope some of you guys start saving next time you go get your haircut. Every few bucks add up. YMMV. Good luck! :)
